Xaerus® has acquired Tribo Synthetics Ltd. a specialty lubricant sales and marketing business based in the United Kingdom. The acquired company serves industrial and OEM customers across Europe.
The acquisition strengthens Xaerus’® global footprint and enhances our ability to support regional manufacturers and multinational industrial OEMs with advanced lubricant technologies, technical expertise, and a reliable global supply chain. The Tribo Synthetics organization brings established customer relationships, regional market knowledge, and a strong reputation for technical sales support in demanding industrial applications.
The acquired business will continue to operate from its current UK location as the entity “Xaerus Performance Fluids Intl. Inc.” and will continue to distribute from the current distribution warehouse in ensuring continuity for customers while gaining access to Xaerus’ broader portfolio of specialty lubricant technologies.
