Xaerus® Performance Fluids Intl, Inc. (Xaerus), a globally recognized specialty lubricant manufacturer headquartered in Midland, Michigan, has announced the acquisition of Tribo Synthetics Ltd., a specialty lubricant sales and marketing business based in the United Kingdom. The acquired company serves industrial OEM customers across Europe and the Middle East.
The acquisition strengthens Xaerus’ global footprint and enhances its capability to support regional manufacturers and multinational industrial OEMs with advanced lubricant technologies, technical expertise, and a reliable global supply chain. The Tribo Synthetics organization brings established customer relationships, regional market knowledge, and a strong reputation for technical sales support in demanding industrial applications.
The UK region of the acquired business will continue to operate from its current location, with current personnel, under the entity name “Xaerus Performance Fluids Intl, Inc.” and will distribute from the existing Tribo Synthetics UK warehouse. This ensures customer continuity while providing access to Xaerus’ broader portfolio of specialty lubricant technologies. Tribo Synthetics customers across the Middle East will now access seamless support through its dedicated Xaerus Middle East distribution hub in Dubai.
